Welcome to our puppy reservation process! We’re so excited that you’re considering adding one of our adorable puppies to your family.
To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit of $300 once the litter is born. This deposit will hold the puppy of your choice until they’re ready to be picked up or shipped. If you’ve already placed a Waiting List, we require an additional deposit of $200 at that time. Please note that there is a PayPal fee of 3.5%, which is included in the deposit.
Before placing a deposit, please contact us to ensure that the puppy you want is still available, as availability can change quickly.
Puppy Deposit
While all puppy deposits are non-refundable, we want to ensure that you’re happy with your choice. If something unforeseeable happens to your puppy, we’ll fully refund your deposit, or you may apply it towards the purchase of another puppy from another litter. In some cases, we may apply your deposit towards another puppy of your choice from the same litter or from another future litter with an additional $100 “Change of Litter” fee.
Your deposit signifies your intent to follow through with the purchase transaction of a puppy. Please remember that we reserve the right to have the first pick of any litter.
Deposits can be made by cash or PayPal. Once you’ve decided on a litter or puppy and are ready to place your deposit, we’ll hold your place for pick of the litter for 2 days while waiting to receive your deposit.
All puppies with a deposit placed on them must be paid for in full by the time they are 8 weeks of age, unless other arrangements are made in advance. If you’re shipping your puppy, your final payment must be made using PayPal three days prior to shipping. Any delay in the final payment could result in a delay in shipping or picking up your puppy and additional fees. It is agreed that the buyer accepts all responsibility for any additional boarding and shipping fees.
If you’re picking up your puppy, and your final payment has not been received by the time your puppy is 8 weeks of age, your final payment must be paid in cash. You’re welcome to pay for your puppy in full at any time.
For in-person pick-ups, payments must be paid in cash only – no credit card, no checks, money orders, etc.
Please understand that these stipulations are not a reflection on you personally but are in place to guard against those who would be dishonest. We can’t wait to help you find your perfect Traditional Yorkie puppy!
